The primary goal of Adult Day Care of Calvert County is to enhance and maintain the health, functional independence, and general well-being of frail elderly and disabled adults in Calvert County, through community-based health care, nursing interventions, social and recreational programs, advocacy and support services. The program will be administratively structured to provide these services to all eligible participants regardless of their financial statu s or ability to pay, without discrimination as to race, color, national origin, sex, religion, or handicapped condition. ~ Mission Statement, ADC of Calvert County
